Actual lifetime and savings will vary depending on usage pattern. If replacement product is not available at retail locations, please return defective product, along with proof of purchase and original receipt, to BTS LED, Inc. (USA).

BTS LED, Inc. (USA) warrants that this bulb will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage, when used in accordance with package and lamp directions. BTS LED will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Replacement products will be provided by BTS LED on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new product.

Warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations below. This warranty does not cover any damages to the product caused by accident, abuse, misuse, incorrect voltage, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. Liability for incidental or consequential damages are hereby expressly excluded.
